Most of the porn spammers post non-random URLs, that is, URLs with common base: bit.ly/69twitter, bit.ly/gosexy, bit.ly/girls69, bit.ly/69ta04, bit.ly/VKt3H.
Using this search instead (and you can use it in TweetDeck, too!) will greatly reduce the spam you’re seeing:
