The weekend has gone by in a flash – being able to sleep in and then exercise and stretch really helped out. All in all, an appendectomy was not the way I really wanted to spend the last few days, but as my first major surgery, it could have been a lot worse.

What a crazy bunch of days it’s been. It definitely hasn’t felt like two weeks. Might’ve been the vicodin. My mobility has improved, I’m now about as mobile as your average 9-month-old. I’m going to drive again for the first time tomorrow.
