Who is Nick Armstrong?

I’m a creative nerdy mad scientist living in Fort Collins, Colorado. A Web and Gen-Y strategist, I help small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals tell their story online.  I help to keep millennials (Gen-Y) and their managers from going to war.  I grok social media, web design, and content creation through blogging, podcasting, and web videos.  I’m also a Trekkie – Live long ‘n’ prosper, yo.

I am a Web and Gen-Y Strategist, which means I help small businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals tell their story online.  I help workers of different generations work as efficient teams.  I’m a web designer and social media nut; my specialty is creative ideas. I blog, I podcast, I videocast, I network online, I create communities, and I write compelling content.

I love to teach – I created the Fort Collins Digital Gunslingers to provide free and low-cost classes on social media concepts and tools.  I also created the Northern Colorado Gen-Y group to focus on Gen-Y issues on business, entrepreneurship and management.

I love to bring original ideas to life – most recently with my own company, WTF!? Marketing.  You can see examples of my work on my Portfolio page.  My Twitter account is ranked in the top 20 in Fort Collins, CO and each of my 2,400+ followers was procured organically.  I’m also adept at Search Engine Optimization, having garnered first-page and first-place Google search results time and time again.
